Overview

Squad Scout Pro ("we", "our", "the app") is a free analytics tool for the Footium fantasy football game. We collect minimal data to provide the service and respect your privacy.

What We Collect

• Account information: Email address and display name when you create an account (via email or Google sign-in).
• Wallet address: Your Ethereum wallet address, if you choose to provide it, to display your Footium club data.
• Usage analytics: Anonymous page view data via Vercel Analytics (no personal identifiers).

How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and maintain your session.
• To display your Footium club and player data on your dashboard.
• To send password reset emails when requested.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Authentication and database hosting. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Google OAuth: If you sign in with Google, Google shares your email and profile name with us. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: Hosting and anonymous analytics. See Vercel Privacy Policy.
• Footium API: Public game data (clubs, players, leagues). No personal data is sent to Footium.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Row Level Security ensures you can only access your own profile and wallet data. Sessions use secure HTTP-only cookies.

Your Rights

You can:

• View and update your profile and wallet address at any time.
• Delete your account by contacting us (all associated data will be removed).
• Request a copy of your stored data.

Cookies & Analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies only — set by Supabase to keep you signed in. These are required for the site to function and are exempt from consent requirements under the GDPR/ePrivacy Directive.

For usage analytics we use Vercel Web Analytics, which is fully cookieless. It does not store cookies on your device, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. Visitor metrics are derived from an anonymous daily-rotating hash. Because of this, no cookie consent banner is legally required, but we display a short notice on first visit for transparency.

We do not use advertising, marketing, retargeting, or third-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or session-replay tools.
